The Heart Behind
Holistic Harmony
Hello, I'm Liz—a California native who found her way to the South, where I've discovered joy in life's simple pleasures: a soft cat's purr, the radiant moon, and a cup of tea shared with a good friend.
My path to creating Holistic Harmony began in childhood—at just three years old, my mom would bring me to her yoga class. I sat in the back, and so began a lifelong connection with practices that unite body, mind, and spirit. Little did I know then that this early introduction would blossom into a passionate pursuit of holistic healing traditions that would take me around the world.

A Personal Healing Journey
My path hasn't always been smooth.
What began in my teens and twenties continued into my forties. I struggled with debilitating anxiety, panic attacks, and periods of deep depression. These challenges were compounded by persistent feelings of unworthiness that colored my experience of the world. I know firsthand how it feels when your mind and body seem disconnected—when simply existing feels overwhelming.
My healing journey began out of necessity. I've been on a quest for self-care, knowledge, and self-actualization for over 40 years—studying, attending workshops, and reading endlessly. Seeking relief from my own suffering led me to explore various modalities: yoga became my anchor, meditation taught me to observe rather than identify with my thoughts, and journaling helped me process emotions I couldn't yet voice. Working with a skilled CPTSD therapist provided crucial support as I navigated my healing path.
But my biggest breakthrough came in the past five years, when I shifted from accumulating intellectual knowledge to embracing deep, intentional practice. That's where the real gold lies—in turning insight into action, in living what we learn rather than simply knowing it.
A Journey of Transformation
A pivotal moment came when I experienced Thai massage as a client. The profound impact of this ancient practice sparked something deep within me—a recognition that our bodies hold wisdom and healing potential beyond what modern approaches often acknowledge. This experience not only offered relief from my physical aches and pains but opened a door to understanding how I might support others. This realization led me to pursue my license in bodywork and Thai massage, but it was only the beginning.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity about traditional healing arts, I've traveled from Washington DC to Portland, across Canada, through London, and ultimately to Thailand—the spiritual home of the modalities that captured my heart. In these diverse settings, I studied under respected masters who generously shared their generational knowledge of Thai Medical Theory and other Eastern healing traditions.
From Student to Teacher and Practitioner
Today, I bring this rich tapestry of knowledge to both my clients and students. My practice at Holistic Harmony integrates specialized Eastern bodywork including:
Thai massage (from foundational to advanced techniques)
Cupping therapy
Reflexology
Reiki energy healing
Sound bath meditation journeys
Happiness and life coaching
As an educator, I teach these modalities with a focus on making ancient wisdom accessible for contemporary practice. My students appreciate my ability to translate complex traditional theories into practical, meaningful techniques they can incorporate into their own healing journeys.
Lifelong Learning
My education continues to evolve as I regularly study with masters across disciplines, bringing fresh insights to my practice. I believe that to serve others at the highest level, I must remain an eternal student—always curious, always growing, always connecting ancient wisdom with contemporary needs.
My Approach to Your Wellbeing
What sets my work apart is not just my technical training, but my firsthand understanding of the healing journey. I know what it means to transform anxiety into calm, depression into joy, and self-doubt into confidence—because I've walked that path myself. Today, I live balanced and present, free from the anxiety and depression that once defined my experience. This personal transformation deeply informs my practice.
Every session at Holistic Harmony is tailored to meet you exactly where you are on your path. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional balance during life transitions, or deeper connection with your authentic self, I create a nurturing space where transformation can unfold naturally. I believe in your capacity to heal because I've witnessed it in myself.
For women navigating mid-life changes, career demands, or seeking renewed purpose, my integrated approach offers both immediate relief and sustainable practices for ongoing wellbeing. My clients often tell me they leave not just feeling better physically, but with a renewed sense of clarity and possibility.

I would be honored to be part of your wellness journey, whether through a healing session, a sound bath experience, life coaching, or as your teacher in learning these transformative modalities.
"In the space between breath and movement, between sound and silence, we discover our capacity for healing and wholeness. My greatest joy is creating that space for others. I believe in these practices because they transformed my own life—from anxiety and depression to balance and joy.
Your healing journey matters, and it would be my honor to support you along the way.

a few fun facts
I ❤️ kayaking
The outdoors heals my soul and resets my mind. I find equilibrium in nature. Even walking on local greenways and in my neighborhood is a huge reset. Get outside and take a mental break. Listen to birdsong and smell the flowers. Your mind and spirit will be so happy!
This is me on the north end of Lake Marion in South Carolina. Yes! I love to paddle in swamps. Yikes, no, I don’t swim in them!
Camping
Nothing better than a meal cooked outdoors!
Set up your tent - South Carolina has GREAT state parks!
Some of the best paddling to be found in Hickory Knob, Hamilton Branch, Dreher Island, Santee, and of course Edisto and Hunting Island if you can get a spot!
Thailand was an adventure of a lifetime. It proved to me that I could do hard things - travel so 1/2 way around the earth for a month. If I can do it, so can you. Believe in yourself!
This is me amazed at Wat Umong Suan Putthatham in Chaing Mai Thailand.
travel is life
Thomas &
Kali
My two found kitties. Thomas found me while I was camping! He came to my site and thing around watching me set my tent up. It was going below freezing the next night, so I offered him respit in my tent. He came in gladly to the offer of warmth and company. He jumped in my car and came home with me.
(I was in a state park, and no one knew him; no chip, no tags.)
Lucky kitty!
Kali was a rescue from a semi feral momma who was struggling to take care of her babies. She and Thomas hit it off, and now they are besties 💞
What I’m Listening to and Reading
I may not have started off a good reader, but ever since 5th grade, my nose has been at least one book!
I am always listening to an audio book or two and reading at last 2 books. Some are for business growth, some for personal growth, and some just for fun - I do love magical and historical fantasy novels!
Now I love podcasts too!
